If you have never filled a prescription with the TCU Health Center Pharmacy OR you have existing or NEW prescription insurance coverage, you may submit/update your information on this form.
TCU Pharmacy accepts most commercial prescription insurance plans and FSA/HSA cards. Payments may be made by cash, check, credit or debit cards, or charge to Student Account.
